By utilizing the LAKSHYA automated shooting target system and our digital platforms, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of 1Accord Engineering Solutions.

2. Use of Technology

The LAKSHYA system incorporates proprietary wireless protocols, motorized mechanisms, and precision imaging software. Users are prohibited from attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or bypass any security features of the hardware or software.

3. Safety & Compliance

The LAKSHYA system is designed for use in controlled shooting range environments. Users must adhere to all local laws, range safety protocols, and firearm regulations. 1Accord Engineering Solutions is not liable for injuries resulting from improper firearm handling or range safety violations.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, including CAD models, UI designs, and logo assets, are the exclusive property of 1Accord Engineering Solutions. No part of our platform or product may be reproduced without explicit written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

We strive for 100% scoring accuracy; however, digital scoring systems may occasionally experience environmental interference. Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of faulty hardware as per the warranty agreement.

Lakshya is an advanced sports training system intended for structured practice environments.

Interaction with the Lakshya system is initiated through:

Lakshya is not positioned as an instant online purchase product.

Availability and usage are determined based on training requirements and compatibility.

1. Product Warranty

All LAKSHYA target units come with a standard 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in the camera, motors, and microcontroller units. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from bullet strikes to non-armored components or improper environmental exposure.

2. Return Eligibility

Hardware returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the unit is in its original packaging and shows no signs of range use. Software subscription components (if applicable in future) are non-refundable once activated.

3. Refund Process

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned hardware, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the unit is dead-on-arrival (DOA).

4. Technical Support First

Before requesting a refund, we encourage users to contact our technical support team at support@1accord.in. Most setup issues related to wireless connectivity or motor calibration can be resolved remotely.

Payments, if any, are associated with:

Due to the specialized nature of the system, refunds are not applicable once engagement or preparation processes have begun.
